This image is a result of exploring what the artistic process and experience is like for character concepting and generation . What I loved about this project is that it is the first time I explored re-designing a concept by performing a paint over in Photoshop . I was so surprised that a 5 minute paint over cold achieve such awesome results ( with a little time, patience , and knowledge in art language + prompting - of course! )
The End Result after using Midjourney's new ReMix Option and Stable DIffusion's Image Interrogation , InPainting and Image to Image Features coupled with simple guidance and direction in the form of overpainting and lighting adjustments with Photoshop
This Tree gives a basic overview of an artist Paintover/ adjustment flow . In between a lot of this Image to Image Adjustments , there were a dozen or so other images spun up and passed through photoshop to further direct lighting and content .
Just one of the images that I really loved from midjourney that ended up getting spun up in the process of creating this character
